Cancellation Policy and Terms:
We value your time and appreciate that you value ours. We do our best to accommodate everyone and strive to be on time for all appointments as best we can. Please allow 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. This allows for someone else to fill your slot.
A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for any late cancellations occurring when less than 24 hours notice is given. Any no show will be charged 50% of the booked spa service. We encourage positive energy and aloha and hold the right to refuse service to anyone.
